I guess they realized that even though they were within spec, they would be spending too much on warranty repairs.
No, my RV wasn't overloaded.
I eventually replaced that TH with a tri-axle model. Only suspension problem since was a broken spring bolt on the rear hanger (both ends were still there but it was snapped inside the spring loop).
