I think that either your pump rotor, vanes or whatever is in the pump are going or the bearings on the pump shaft are gone. Also it is possible that one of your cylinders pistons are rubbing on the cylinder wall which means that your cylinder (cylinders) are out of alignment. If it is a cylinder it will need to be replaced. The only way to find out is to pull the cylinder apart. I would first check out the pump since you already have it on the bench. To bleed the system you only need to crack open the hose fitting to the inlet and also the outlet, start the pump and move your valve to extend and then retract until you have dispensed all the air from the system... Also use the oil that the manual recommends... Also using the wrong oil might have caused the piston cups to deteriorate. Hopefully that is all that it is, no problem replacing them... T-10
