Lippert or Forest River did not mention recall to me.
Regarding question 1)
Forest River tech support suggests that I should use ATF to add/top off the tank. He stated that ATF and hydraulic fluid were ok to mix and that Lippert recommends ATF and I should always follow the manufacturers recommendation. Therefore I should not top off with hydraulic fluid. If I should use ATF and "follow the manufacturers recommendation", then why did Forest River put Hydraulic fluid in it from the factory??? Furthermore, the Forest River manual that came with my camper states that I should use 10wt hydraulic fluid in the pump. OK.... what should I do?
