Not sure why some mfrs like the hydraulic slides...we have a 13' slide on the Terry and it's electric, just like the 13' slide we had on the Sunnybrook. Little DC motor has a 10A fuse, but it's geared right to get the job done. Looking at the wire gauges and relays, etc., in your photo, seems like hydraulic is waaay over complicated. Kind of like Disc brakes on a trailer....
