I talked with a Lippert Rep this morning and obtained the following information that might prove helpful for anyone with the pump type as noted in the original post.
The pump noted in the original post is no longer purchased and used in the Lippert slide systems. His specific recommendation was to remove the existing O-Ring and find a local hydraulic pump rebuilder to obtain a similar ring. He said that many had had success with obtaining the same diameter O-Ring with a slightly larger thickness. In other words, the same inside diameter with a slightly larger outside diamenter. He also noted that some had had success with using a quad ring with the same inside diameter and slightly larger outside diameter. I asked him if he had specs on the existing O-Ring and he said he did not. He also suggested adding flat washers to the bolts to help distribute the load more evenly. He did say to use ATF when refilling the reservoir.
I plan to retrieve the O-Ring and begin a hunt for new O-Ring in the next few days. If anyone on this forum has made the suggested repair, I would love to know the size of O-Ring that was used. Otherwise, I will update this forum when I figure something out.
