Hi. We are new to this forum and we have thoroughly read through all of the comments regarding the leaking Lippert slide pump issue, as we are having this issue, too. This may be a really dumb question, but how do you separate the tank from the pump? There are four screws that hold a black frame between the tank and the pump, but the for the life of me, I cannot seem to find the right size tool to fit the head bolts. Is it an Allen or Star or ??? head? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
