Made many an o-ring. There is a kit that has multiple size rubber material. The kit usually includes the o-ring material, a single edge razor and a small flat piece of plastic that has various holes in it. The material slips into the correct size hole and the end has a slot for the razor blade. Slide the blade in and push. It will cut the rubber material straight. Take the super glue that is provided and glue the ends together.
