Disconnect the batteries, take the weight off the tires, allow for ventilation, keep the refir door open, etc. Consider a dehumdiifier.
I cannot imagine leaving the ac running all summer.
I grew up on Chesapeake Bay which is pretty warm and humid in the summer. My Dad was alway leaving hatches open, windows open and doors open for air circulation our our 25 foot plywood boat. Never had any problems. We sold it to a friend years later. The new guy kept the boat closed up all the time. The hull had dry rot within 2 years.
