Made in Mexico electrical wire is garbage as is. And expensive. Terminals are scarce and look like they were made in the Democratic Republic Of The Congo.
And when things fail to light or work is when you need them the worst.
Pop bottles?

I almost forgot the Harley Way. "Strip the wires back enough to tie a square knot" Then wrap the up with any adhesive tape.
