I ran Greenball Tow-master 15" tires for about 5 years (the only ones I could get locally at the time). I averaged about 18 months before one of the set would start separating. Since I bough the "certificates" I got them all replaced each time for almost free but I got tired the continuous fear of a blowout. When the new Carlisle Radial Trail RH tires came out in 2009 I gave them a try. Never had one issue since. Replace them after 7 years and got another set which I haven't had any issues with either.
