This is supplemental not primary insulation. That being the case, foam board insulation starts out at R-16 down here. Primary is fiberglass batten about 2-1/4" worth. The reefer units are made in Mexico.
My best connection down here does not allow the use of SKYPE. So sensible download program downloading has to be done after midnight, but the store closes at 10:00PM. This is not cyber heaven.
The "internet" travels south to La Paz to the ISP 500 miles by microwave relay towers. There it is joined by Frame Relay to the fiber optic line that goes 900 miles north to Tijuana. What happens in and after Tijuana I have no idea.
