MORE WATER!!!
We keep an ice cooler in the 5er, and pour all the water from the cooler into the black tank.
We're pretty carefull off-grid, but with a 40 gal black tank we can go 10 days like this without trouble (that's as long as we have tried). I don't know how long you're planning to be off-grid, but 30 gal black is a lot.
