We went up to the office and told them about the low pressure. It wasn't long afterwards that the pressure was up to 45 psi and the toilet stopped leaking so it's okay for now. Will have to shut the water off overnight in case pressure drops again. Have never heard of this happening.
Will now have to replace the valve regardless since the pressure could go down somewhere else one day.
Makes me think of the youtube vid where a FW had a faulty toilet valve leak water all over the floor while the owners were out for the day. The FW was declared a total loss. That's the last thing I'd want to happen to us.
