LTH is a merely a brand of JCI.
JCI has at least 8 battery manufacturing plants in the US. They're functionally headquartered in Milwaukee, WI (although for tax reasons, legally in Cork, Ireland). Their Power Solutions division, which makes batteries, is based in Glendale, WI. They're considering selling it, but nothing has happened yet, and none of the reported interested parties are Mexican.
