1. Johnson Controls and LTH merged. Your "BRAND NAME OF JC"I has been around since the 1920's BEFORE Johnson controls was born. Joint Venture was the first step.
2. Aftermarket battery manufacturing has moved entirely to Monterrey Nuevo Leon.

USA companies are supplying OEM auto batteries but aftermarket batteries are coming from Mexico. But you're not purchasing OEM batteries, right? Only aftermarket ones, like RV batteries.
