Ok thanks so far, we had a issue with the 240V side when first connecting to pedestal in Australia It tripped the pedestal breaker, electrician sorted this out but as no power was passed true we thought that something may had shorted out in inverter
Did the Australian distributor test the unit at 120V and 50HZ? If so why didn't they repair or replace the unit since it's spec'd for 120V 50HZ? Or indicated that believe 240V was applied to the unit? Is this just a distributor or a certified repair shop?
Having purchased the unit in the US do you have any warranty in Australia or has it expired?
