To be clear, the above spec is ONLY for the input AC power for the charger section. The inverter section is designed to ONLY produce 60HZ AC. It cannot produce 50HZ.
The OP was complaining about no "tru power" also. The charger should work fine with 50HZ, but will put out 60HZ AC to the load circuits.
The question is whether this is acceptable.
