There is one thing I think I might have left out.
When I started this bombastic endeavor, I thought it was just capacitors. So I got a new Motor Start Capacitor and a New Fan/Compressor capacitor. Again, my unit only had these two originally.
I didn't get a chance to test out the capacitor before I purchased it, but I noticed that when I got it home, that it was just showing infinity. No jump or anything.
What I do not understand is why the compressor is coming on with it, but not the fan? I don't have a capacitor tester, so maybe I need to get that to make sure it's the right one. The manufacture date on the new capacitor, not the one on the kit, was 2015.
Also the new capacitor that came with the motor kit is not showing a reading either.
