Mastech MS2108 Clamp-Meter - Recommended?

This Mastech MS2108 clamp-on meter looks like a pretty capable clamp-on meter for the money (not to be confused with the less expensive, less capable MS2108A). http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001...
