At 45 amps, I only get .09v drop, but that's across 4' of 4ga., with no other circuit breakers, and such. (still, I'm changing that tomorrow to 2ga.) As soon as I saw your sketch I suspected it wasn't the actual wiring. 6 ga, at only 15 amps, should be plenty big, but 29.5' of it is a little bit much. You'd best go with short 2ga for when you move up to that modified pm-60. ;)
