I had 400 amp rated Anderson Connector on the back of my Isuzu pickup back in 1985, and cut apart a #4 jumper cable set that was 20' long, and put one Anderson connection to the first 18' and the other to the remaining 2', so that
I could connect them together, or pull in front of a car that I wanted to jump start, then plug in the 18' #4 jumper cables to the back of my truck, and jump start it. No need to turn around on a street or freeway, or pull up next to the car in a parking lot, but I could back in if needed.
