Sal you bring up an excellent point. What is the relative efficiency of a PWM versus MPPT at the charge voltage value of an MPPT panel setup that has only enough power to match the OCV of at PWM panel. Both setups at say 21.0 volts. Notice, other folks, I mean efficiency and only efficiency. This would of course mean an MPPT panel running at a small fraction of it's potential.
