First, you have to attach a cable - this is an easy part.
The biggest problem - VERY user-unfriendly voltage adjustment knob. There is no "knob". You have to use a small screwdriver, and be careful not to rip this part off the circuit board. There is no voltmeter, so you have to check the voltage with multimeter as you adjust it.
This is not a manual "stick". This is a manual without a stick, so you have to bring you own, shove it in and carefully manipulate the gears to your satisfaction. It works, yes.
