Compared to what? Going brown out on lead-acid to 8 volts or BMS cut-off on the LFP at 10 volts? They will do far better with LFP.

The prismatic LFP cells are 2.5 volts minimum x4 = 10 volts. However the cut-off is at the cell level so it would be incredibly rare to get all to 2.5 at the same time. Some might be 2.7 -2.9 but the low cell calls it done.

A pre-made battery may allow cells a little beyond the range or a little inside. That is a warranty call made by the builder.

LFPers will know, I don't, but you want to know what your loaded voltage will be when running the inverter before turning it on at a low SOC to not trip the BMS where the inverter itself trips at say 10.5v

rate capacity at 0.2 c is 100 amp-hours and provides a cycle life to 80% (20% left) of 4000 cycles.

Discharge can be done as low as -60 C (-140 f)

How did you decide on 13.5 for absorb charging?

Directly from Battleborn for anyone whom thinks LVD at 10 volts is harmful to your battery and probably why so many lifepo4 manufacturers claim 2-3000 cycles at 0-100%..Each owner of lifepo4 has that option without harm to the battery..My cheap little volt meters are reading just about the same as my Victron smart shunt making it fairly easy to know about where you are voltage wise....I have run the smart shunt on all three of my LFP batteries taking note of AH and volts of each..Very little difference between the three.

The brand LFP linked earlier says its BMS cuts off at 5% about 11.5v or 2.8/cell so that is above inverter cut off at 10.5

Those with lower BMS cut offs than their inverter's might still care depending on what the loaded voltage is as seen by the BMS vs as
seen by the inverter

Good that LVD does not harm the battery. Harm/Annoyance could be until getting 12v again?

Lots of worthy Low Voltage Disconnect ‘fuss’ going on here, but can anyone even imagine such a deep depth of discharge conversation with a lead acid battery??

What one may paint as a weakness is actually an enormous benefit, and unless doing a *load test (as I have done, AND while brewing Keurig at 125a at zero % SOC!!), who is it to truly say at what point an LVD actually LVD might occur - in practical terms, almost a mute subject, yet understandably can sometimes remain an obtuse concept to the occasional non-adoptor…

* Actual Load Test - Single 200a/hr Aims load tested at an actual 215a/hrs -

(Note, 11kbtu air conditioner ran without a hitch at 6% SOC - both, air cond. and Keurig ‘real world’ examples absent even a single Xantrex PSW inverter low voltage alarm…)
