I know this kind music - accordion, tuba and drums. A cabby in Tijuana said it's called Norteñas.
I'm not sure that storage port input on receiver like SD or USB will work well from laptop. And, if you connect less complicated devices like USB stick to receiver, it would just run all the media unsorted, not much control on the receiver usually.
