Since one can draw down this batt to zero percent before recharge, as opposed to only taking a LA batt down to fifty percent before recharge .... one of these 288 LAH Group 31 Batteries-for-the-Blind can be used twice as long before recharge as a 144 AH Group 31 good old lead acid battery before recharge.
Makes perfect non-hoopla sense to me. ;)
