Hi all, just bought a used trailer so we r brand new to owning an RV. A 2011 Milan Eclipse to be exact. Anyway, the light-up flame electric fireplace, which is very pleasing to look at, won’t turn on....

Our electric fireplace only works with the generator running or shore power plugged in. It definitely won't run from the 12v batteries or inverter.
I agree that it's worth asking the seller.
Also check fuses and breakers.
