We don't use the system a lot. Rarely more than a long weekend. It's nice to have lights and the stereo without a generator. We have a Tripplite PV2400 inverter.
The cabin is rarely used more than a couple of weekends a months. Do you think a single 100W solar panel could charge 4 GC2 batteries assuming we gave it two weeks between visits? It would be nice to not use the generator.
Mexicowanderer: Some of that went over my head. Do you have sixty two volt cells? Is that similar to ten 12V batteries? Is my charger particularly large? I can't imagine lugging two them in an RV.
