Need help replacing charging circuit solenoid.

Last weekend I was driving down the road and my voltage started dropping off while driving. I assumed I had a bad alternator, so I stopped and bought a new one and replaced it, and it did not help. ...

On the left side of the relay detail, it shows a wire going to the chasiis battery battery solenoid. It does not indicate size of wire. Your photo shows it as one of the large red.
