Need outlet wiring help. Can I use 220 volt wiring?

I am gone from here, i cannot take that lashing with a wet noodle that Scott and Hank gave me.:B

And i did real all the posts, notice mine is worded a little different.

And i am not familiar with those new fangled 220 range plugs since mine runs on 220 and is of the three wire type just like my welder is set up.

I apologize to the OP for running my chops.
