Need outlet wiring help. Can I use 220 volt wiring?

New camper owner. I am trying to wire up an outlet in the yard so I can have power in the camper when it is parked. I already have an outdoor panel box with 220 wiring that was previously used to conn...

There are two 50 amp breakers in the outside box and the box is fed to the main box in the house and connected to two 60 amp breakers.
