Need outlet wiring help. Can I use 220 volt wiring?

New camper owner. I am trying to wire up an outlet in the yard so I can have power in the camper when it is parked. I already have an outdoor panel box with 220 wiring that was previously used to conn...

Ok. I found something that might be a clue as to why nothing is working. There is a GFCI in the bathroom that is tripped and will not reset. I guess I will need to do some investigation as to why it will not reset.
