Here is what the problem was. I hired a pro. There was an outlet in a basement bin. It looked good. I could not test it because there was no power to do it and being modern it could not be reset without power. The screw s that held it's box to the front wall were behind the front wheel. They rusted and let water into the box. The outlet fried inside the bow and damaged the wires that had already corroded inside the conduit. When that happened it took out the inverter, blew the 300a inverter fuse and damaged the fuse holder. It took a while to find all of that.
