Do you have a fridge humidity control switch that should be turned off?
Virtually all RV trailers have a provision to accept a battery charge through the 7-pin connector. Some tow vehicles (like F150) need a fuse added in the box under the hood to activate the OEM charge circuit. Owners manual under fuses will tell what positions to add a fuse.
To really discover the draw on the battery you may need an ammeter to measure the power consumed when all should be off. My trailer idles at 1/2 amp to run the fridge, radio memory and propane detector. A DC clamp-on ammeter is especially convenient for this task.
