I purchase from Etrailer and Eastern Marine. Just last week I found out how good Eastern Marine's return policy is after I purchased the wrong parts. Simple, fast and efficient, without any fuss. Of course, as expected, I did have pay for return shipping and their initial shipping charges are not refundable.
