New Coachman, Water Pump Issues - Updated/Fixed

192 RBS, we took delivery with the system still winterized. 12V pump shakes and rattles... but won't roll (the water). Air is out of all the lines, hot water tank, including the external shower. ...

You say the inlet valve is open. You need to make sure the pump is taking suction from the water tank. Fill valve for tank is closed and city water connect is closed.
