New Coachman, Water Pump Issues - Updated/Fixed

192 RBS, we took delivery with the system still winterized. 12V pump shakes and rattles... but won't roll (the water). Air is out of all the lines, hot water tank, including the external shower. ...

Yeah one of the problems with help over the internet, especially without a picture. I for one assumed that it was a three way valve, not a standard ball valve.
Winterizing valve

Is there possibly a way you can set the valves so you can blow air or pump water through the winterizing valve and back to the fresh tank?
