New Coachman, Water Pump Issues - Updated/Fixed

192 RBS, we took delivery with the system still winterized. 12V pump shakes and rattles... but won't roll (the water). Air is out of all the lines, hot water tank, including the external shower. ...

dumb question

is the battery correctly installed
if installed backwards the lights won't care
the water pump fridge and electric step and heater won't work correctly
