New Coachman, Water Pump Issues - Updated/Fixed

192 RBS, we took delivery with the system still winterized. 12V pump shakes and rattles... but won't roll (the water). Air is out of all the lines, hot water tank, including the external shower. ...

Ok, color me completely baffled.

Dealer called, said there was debris blocking the filter at the pump.

I did not check that, because the pump did a most excellent job pulling water out of the winterizing hose and was flowing fine. Since the winterizing hose is upstream from the filter, I'd have never thunk that was an issue.

I'm not completely buying the explanation, but they're claiming it's fixed.
