New friction hinge RV door tough to open/close.

Our new 2018 Cougar has one of the new friction hinge doors and its difficult to open and close. I see no adjustments on the hinge and oiling the hinge does nothing to ease it up. Keystone calls...

We have the same door system in our trailer..Seem to be just about the perfect tension. Not hard to open or close but stays where we put it, even in the wind. No more slamming.

Sorry, I know I didn't help solve your issue, but we really like this feature.
