New friction hinge RV door tough to open/close.

Our new 2018 Cougar has one of the new friction hinge doors and its difficult to open and close. I see no adjustments on the hinge and oiling the hinge does nothing to ease it up. Keystone calls...

NO Wild Card, that is not what he is talking about.
He is talking about the new style of hinges which by design take more effort to open and close. It's not a camber issue.
