Did you get the 24v version by mistake?
Connected to battery first and then connected to PV panel. Not using the load terminals - nothing connected there.
That product description is WRONG. All SunSaver models have multi-color status LED and 3 battery state-of-charge LEDs. And no, don't have the '24v' model - see pics.
