They are called pin connectors. I made my own by modifying heavy duty tin plated ring terminals. The only issue I foresee is whether they will be long enough to reach past the controller's plastic housing and into the screw connector?

Be careful, many are aluminum, not copper. This is why I chose to make my own.
Also, consider the unit's screw connector, itself. Is it one that would receive a u-shaped terminal ring,

...or one like on the powermax converters, that is essentially a set screw that smushes whatever is placed under it?
