newbie Pace Arrow Tail Lights

I just bought a 1994 Pace Arrow 34' MH. Back lites have 2 White lites with red reflector underneath. On corners in back are red lites.Running and brakes work off red lites. Backup 1 on each side white lite. Turn siginal lites 1 on each side, are the other white lites. The red corner lites dont't blink. Is this correct or is it missed wired
