newbie trying to build solar system on a budget

is this controller going tobe able to handle 45 volts?? it doesn't say what voc it is capable but if all mppt controllers can handle that then one of these for the 60 cell panel would work as the only put out 35 volts...or even two parallel on the 72 cell panel
