No AC power from shore cord

I have had our motorhome plugged into shore
power in my driveway, as always, but this morning I went out there and my house batteries were dead and there is no 110 volt power to any of the outlets.
I started the generator and the batteries are charging and all the 12 volt systems are working, as well as the 110 volt heat pump, but there is no power to any if the 110 volt outlets.
I have it plugged into a standard 220 volt 50 amp, grounded outlet, and I have confirmed that I have power going into the shore power cord. I have had it plugged into the same outlet that I always use at home.

Any thoughts as what I should check next?

Thanks

  • You need to verify the receptacle as Bud suggests. Then verify all those same things are present at the RV end of the power cord.
  • Danger!
If you plugged into a 50 amp grouned outlet, it may not have a neutral.
You could have fried the converter and other 120 volt items.
System should be a 120/240 four wire system for 50 amp.
Verify what you have and that the breakers are not tripped.
