I am getting voltage to the wheel, I bought new tires so when breaking the lug nuts I missed one and had it jacked,so thought put on the brakes so can break the nut lose, but I could spin the wheel, checked the next wheel same way , they should have locked I would have thought, brakes in truck was on and I was plugged in, am I right???
