No Charging Current from Converter to House Batteries
Installed two new US golf cart batteries to replace original T-105's in our 2004 Fleetwood Tioga 26Q today. Checked voltage at battery terminals, read 12.4 Apparently not getting any charging current from our original WFCO 45 amp converter which is supposed to have 13.6vdc output. I checked all circuit breakers and fuses including two on the coverter box , the ones in the power panel and fuses in the battery compartment. I cycled the auxiliary battery switch/relay (OK), I checked that converter is getting 120vac at the power panel receptacle on shore power. I pushed pins into the converer charge cables and read 12.4vdc same as at battery terminals indicating continuity to battery but no converter charge output.
Before I pronounce the converter dead, is there something I missed???
