No Shore power

2015 Keystone Cougar 330RBK that will not power up with just shore power. I assume the inverter but I’m unable to locate! Help!!

    Or, just maybe, your battery disconnect switch was inadvertently turned off? That would be for the 12V side.
  • You need to verify power is actually getting to the trailer. The pedestal, your power cord, your internal breaker, etc. Voltmeter is a necessity.

    Does anything 120 vac work inside the trailer?

    Do you have generator prep with a transfer switch? Those transfer switches are a known problem.
  • 1. - Is there power at the pedestal (or wall plug)?
    2. - Breakers?
    3. - Inverter changes battery power to 120volts.
    4. - Is converter (battery charger) running?
    5. - Does Microwave or any of the outlets operate?
    6. - is the red button on the GFCI (usually in the bathroom) sticking out?
