Have you got outside and looked for leaking water?
Did you replace the hot-water heater plug?
Water leaking out the hot-water pressure vent? Cycle it a time or two.
Check under sinks in cabinets for leaks. Connections should be tightened every so often. Check the inline strainer connected to the pump. Check and clean faucet screens.
